USAID (United States Agency for International Development) with Alpha -I (Association of alumni for America’s scholarship- Indonesia) held a seminar “Sharing Experience to Study in the U.S.” in UNIMED on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at seminar room, rectorate building.

This seminar is opened by Vice Rector for planning, cooperation, and public relation, Sir. Prof. Dr. Erond Litno Damanik, M.Si. There are fifty participants and three speakers. The speakers are Sir. Yos Sudarso (from USAID TEMAN LPDP), Mam Fadlia, S.S., M.Ed. (BPI Pathway Awardee) and Prof. Rahmah Fitriani, Ph.D. (Ph.D graduated from The New Mexico).

This seminar aims to improve the branding of American universities, socialize the BPI pathway program, and encourage undergraduate and master’s program students/graduates to be interested in studying in America with scholarships. Through firsthand accounts and testimonials from seasoned educators and alumni who have successfully navigated the American higher education system, participants will gain practical advice, invaluable tips, and insider knowledge to facilitate their own academic journey in the U.S. By fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and experiential learning, this seminar endeavors to empower prospective students with the information and resources they need to make informed decisions and embark on a fulfilling educational adventure in the United States.
